Business Development Manager (FM – Soft Services)
Al Ghurair Asset Management LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager specializing in Facilities Management (FM) Soft Services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the UAE market, particularly within reputed FM companies, and be ready for an immediate start. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent client management skills, a deep understanding of the FM industry, and the ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities within the FM Soft Services sector and create detailed plans to capture these opportunities.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
Identify and pursue new client opportunities, presenting tailored proposals and pitches to potential clients.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development initiatives.
3. Sales and Revenue Generation:
Lead direct sales efforts, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
Develop and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet and exceed targets.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Utilize market insights to identify opportunities for business growth and areas for improvement.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, finance, and HR, to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
Coordinate with the service delivery teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.
6. Strategic Partnerships:
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the FM industry.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships and long-term relationships.
7. Operations Management:
Oversee the operational aspects of business development projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure profitability and fiscal health.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the FM Soft Services industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the FM industry, particularly within the UAE market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
