Workshop Coordinator Required

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Operational Coordinators, the drivers and the maintenance technicians to diagnose vehicle or equipment complaints and accordingly issue ‘job card’ for each vehicle, before starting the work.

Will be responsible to schedule the maintenance and servicing of all company vehicles and equipment; Also, responsible for its timely completion, without compromising on the service quality.

To coordinate with the technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair jobs.

To track, record, manage and timely resolve maintenance and repair issues and communicate accordingly to the line manager and to the operations department.

Support and assist in warehouse management, in procurement and any other assigned administrative jobs.

To Perform any other task, as assigned from time to time by the company, based on business requirements.

Education: Degree in Engineering is desirable.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in a workshop environment.
