Overview of the role:
The primary focus of this role is to receive customers and ensure the creation of job cards based on the process, follow up the jobs in the workshop and take approvals for additional repairs, and finally deliver the vehicle to the customer.


What you will do:    
•    Collect accurate symptoms of complaints from the customer for quick resolutions at workshop
•    Clarify customer requests and inquiries
•    Ensure adequate number of Repair Order as per the business flow
•    Ensure proper explanation of the content of work in detail
•    Check workshop situation and promise delivery time
•    Ensure providing proper cost estimate and delivery time to customer
•    Check and ensure accordance of invoice and work performed
•    Inform customer after work completion and agree pick up time
•    Ensure clear explanation of the job done and invoice and guide to the cashier
•    Deliver the vehicle in person to the customer
•    Ensure achievement of given revenue targets
•    Promotion of value added services
•    Resolve Customer Complaints and ensure customer has positive ownership experience
•    Follow up payments of credit customers and ensure collection within stipulated time
•    Regularly monitor orders raised and ensure timely billing
•    Conduct post service follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

•    Ability to work under pressure
•    Interpersonal skills


About the team:
In this role, you will be working in a fast paced and dynamic environment reporting directly to the Aftersales Manager.


What equips you for the role:
•    Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Service Advisor with an authorized automotive dealer
•    Diploma in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering
•    Excellent oral and written English
