Intern – Human Resources – Jumeirah Beach Hotel
About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Intern – Human Resorces in Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Department.
Meet and greet colleagues with a smile at all times; Responsible for dealing with all colleague queries and telephone calls that come through the office and direct them to the relevant HR colleague;
Maintain up to date files ensuring that filing is completed on a regular basis;
Upon receipt of all medical appointments from HR Admin., ensure these are sent to the respective departments.
Handle confidential matters/information with the appropriate level of sensitivity;
To review and monitor new hire requests and status changes and process according to the company guidelines effective and efficiently and by communicating with the candidates and hiring department and coordinate with HR Administration.
To update all departments (coordinators and line manager) with latest information of new joiners.
Assist in Recruitment, Hiring & offboarding process
To assist colleagues enquiries in regards to HR matters
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
A student in a Hospitality school or a recent graduate.
Fluent in English and an additional international language is a plus.
Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Professionally groomed.
