Roles & Responsibilities: –
– Assist in overall HR Operations
– Recruitment
– Employee Onboarding activities
– Provide support to employees in various HR related matters such as leaves, compensation, benefits etc. and assist in resolving issues and problems.-
– Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Qualification:-
1. Any Graduate
2. Proven experience in HR in UAE
3. Good understanding on UAE Labour Laws
4. Understanding of general HR policies and procedures
5. Hands-on knowledge of MS Office Tools(must)
6. Additional HR training/qualification will be a plus.
7. UAE Driving license Mandatory
