Position : Head of Business Development (Facility Management business)
Job Location : Dubai or Abu Dhabi
Salary – AED 25000- 30000

Need someone who has good client base in UAE. Must be a BDM.
Would be responsible for UAE (Sales).
Must have good experience in both Hard and soft services and B2b.
Must have knowledge and understanding the bid process.
Must be smart with good communication skills.
Want someone with good combination of strategy and delivery.
Develop new FM sales areas and manage the bid budget.

(5 years of UAE sales experience in the Facility Management business –
Hard & Soft services).
