This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service position at Asico Real Estate LLC in Dubai. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience. You will handle phone calls and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette to assist clients with their inquiries and needs.
Qualifications
▪ Arabic Speakers are Preferred
▪ Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
▪ Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
▪ Customer Experience and Problem-Solving skills
▪ Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism
▪ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
▪ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
▪ Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
▪ Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
