Hiring Real Estate Recruiter in Dubai Location.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Recruiter at Asico Real Estate LLC in Dubai. The Real Estate Recruiter will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as sourcing and recruiting top talent for our real estate team, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with candidates and collaborating with the hiring managers to identify recruitment needs.

Qualifications

▪ Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition
▪ Candidate must have Real Estate Experience
▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
▪ Ability to identify and attract high-performing real estate professionals
▪ Excellent organizational and time management skills
▪ Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms
▪ Knowledge of local labour laws and regulations
▪ Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
▪ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
