TEAM LEADER- B2C – TELECOM EXPERIENCE ONLY

Authorized Etisalat Partner is hiring Team Leader who can lead the Sales Team to sell Etisalat consumer Products such as E-life products, Data Packages and Smart Telecom Appliances.

Requirements:

· Managing organizational sales by developing a plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
· Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
· Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
· Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
· Training new hires.
· Communicating in a transparent and constructive manner.
· Encouraging the staff to collaborate so that the business can profit.
· Obtaining input and settling disputes.
· Enabling each employee to realize his or her own potential and advance within the organization.
· Outdoor Sales Experience is must

UAE Driving License is must.
Salary AED 4000 to AED 7000 (based on experience) plus attractive commission.
