Lead the IT/Non IT recruitment for existing Airport/Aviation and infrastructure clients with minimum guidance to recruit in India and International Market. • Sourcing, screening and interviewing in Airport/infra industry (Green field/ brownfield construction) for all engineering disciplines. • Handling End to End Recruitment Process • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods • Analysis of the JD for better understanding from technical lead / managers / client's Requirements. • Managed candidate hiring processes, from shortlisting candidates to hiring and on-boarding. • Conducted extensive analysis into candidate CVs, searching for keywords and specific skills to streamline shortlisting. • Used expertise in headhunting to research, find, target and obtain ideal candidates for company positions. • Created onboarding material for recruits, including contracts, job specifications, safety procedures, company policies and other documents as required. • Filed correspondence, CVs, and other documentation in line with privacy law and GDPR regulations. • Used different recruiting methods to find ideal candidates, including (Naukri, Monster, Shine, indeed, LinkedIn) search. • Relationship building with employees and clients. • Led On-Boarding of employees and scheduled induction program with Business Leaders. • Preparing, analyzing weekly reports. • Working in a cross functional team, complementing each other. • Contributing towards organizations revenue. • Enhanced prospective Employee Engagement and improved the candidates Interest in the organization.
